After serving in the US Air Force and as a special agent assigned to FBI SWAT teams, Scott Holmes founded the Ready Land Company. He puts the same amount of focus and attention to detail into helping landowners realize the full potential of their property, and fills the need for builders seeking to offload the risk of taking raw land through the entitlement process. Ready Land continues to focus on win-win transactions, and a secure, client-centered approach to creating beautiful neighborhoods throughout the southeast.
